Sun Prairie 2003 Makeover Contest Winner
The first annual Sun Prairie Makeover contest, founded and sponsored by Dentisty of Wisconsin, with the support of the Prairie Athletic Club (PAC), Hair Excellence, and Millennium Spa and Salon, has come to a close. The contest winner, Susan Wagner, was the lucky recipient of dental, hair, beauty, and fitness treatments to transform her looks, and her life. The 2003 contest winner is a busy mother of two teenagers, and credits her husband for persuading her to enter the contest.

“He was very enthusiastic about it, saying, ‘you’ve got to do this.’ He’s the one who persuaded me.”
Susan underwent a combination of dental procedures to enhance her smile, including dental whitening, crown lengthening to make her teeth look longer, and veneers to lessen the appearance of crooked teeth. Susan never mentioned her short teeth, because she didn’t think anything could be done. She was happy to find out Dentistry of Wisconsin could reduce the look of her “gummy” smile by lengthening her teeth.
“I’m very excited about them working on my smile. It’s really amazing how much he can put your mind at ease. It really helps. In fact, everyone there is so nice.”

Susan also received a three-month gold membership from the Prairie Athletic Club, including the services of a PAC personal trainer. Hair excellence provided a new hairstyle, new color and makeup pallet to enhance Susan’s look.
To complete her new makeover, thanks to a generous contribution from Millennium Spa and Salon owner Isela Cook, Susan was given the opportunity to make a fashion statement in clothes from high-end designers brought to her from New York, Paris and Milan.
Susan’s makeover was finished just in time for her twentieth wedding anniversary. Now, both Susan’s husband and children share in the joy of seeing Susan’s new smile. Susan’s husband, Mike, describes her experience perfectly when he says, “I’m glad this came about for her. She’s just a really good lady, and I’m blessed to be married to her.” |
